Rub & Clean: Place the soft contact lens on your palm, apply a few drops of Rohto C Cube solution, and gently rub both sides of the lens surface for 20–30 seconds with your finger.

Rinse: Rinse both sides of the lens thoroughly with the solution.

Soak & Disinfect: Fill your contact lens case with fresh Rohto C Cube solution, submerge the lenses completely, and close the cap. Leave to soak for at least 4 hours (or overnight) for complete disinfection.
