If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition.
- Original packaging and all accessories must remain intact.

If returning by mail, please ensure your items meet the return and exchange requirements above.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If there is a problem with the goods you receive, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assist you with a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: On purchases over $99 (after discounts) within Australia.
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 on purchases below $99 (after discounts).
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days (within Australia).
If you return your order under our refund policy, please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
