1. Cleanse your face and apply your usual toner or facial lotion.
2. Remove one sheet mask from the individual sachet and unfold carefully.
3. Position the mask over your face, aligning the eye, nose and mouth openings.
4. Gently stretch the side sections and adjust the mask to fit your facial contours.
5. Leave on for approximately 5–10 minutes.
6. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into your skin.
7. Follow with your usual moisturiser or face cream.
